Submitting an expression of interest or choosing an available slot creates a request for review only. It is not acceptance, a quote, a confirmed booking, a paid engagement or an obligation for either party to proceed. Any later engagement requires separate agreement on scope, travel, timing and price.

An eligible booking request may hold a slot for 30 minutes while you verify your email. Once verified, the review hold may continue for up to 72 hours while we assess the request. A hold can expire or be released without creating a booking or payment obligation.

Where booking-request intake is enabled, each required founder has Morning and Afternoon appointment capacity on an offered date. Requests are region-batched: the first active request can anchor that date and slot to its region, so another region may not be available even where founder capacity otherwise appears open. Exact attendance time is agreed by phone rather than guaranteed by the Morning or Afternoon label.

Every request is manually reviewed for scope, service radius, travel, practical fit, availability and animal or property context. Attendance, analysis, recommendations and any paid work remain subject to appropriate insurance being in place. A conditional reservation is not final acceptance.

You may cancel a nonterminal request through the private management link sent by email. Cancellation releases any capacity hold. You can also contact us if the link is unavailable.
